Guide to Earning & Reporting CE Credits for Missouri CCR
If you are a member of NCRA or NVRA and attend one of their sponsored
programs (such as their national convention), those points can be applied to your
Missouri CCR.
To have the points applied to your CCR, it is your responsibility
to contact NCRA/NVRA and request that your transcript be sent to the CCR Board.
Or you may mail a copy of your NCRA/NVRA CE transcript to the CCR Board.
If you are a member of NCRA or NVRA and attend an MCRA-sponsored
event, NCRA and NVRA punch cards will be provided for you and they will be submitted
for you at the conclusion of the seminar.
To have the points applied to your CCR, it is your responsibility
to contact NCRA/NVRA and request that your transcript be sent to the CCR Board. Or
you may mail a copy of your NCRA/NVRA CE transcript to the CCR Board.
If you are not a member of NCRA or NVRA and attend an MCRA-sponsored program, a special CCR punch card will be available for you. It is your responsibility to make sure you obtain a CCR punch card and have it punched and turn it in at the end of the seminar. It will be submitted to the CCR Board for you.
If you attend a CREC-sponsored program, those points are automatically reported to the CCR Board. You do not need to do anything.
If you are a member of NCRA or NVRA and attend a seminar in another state, Rule #1 would apply.
If you are not member of NCRA or NVRA and attend a seminar in another state, you may use an NCRA or NVRA card and have it punched for each seminar you attend. Keep your card at the end of the seminar and send it, along with a copy of the agenda, to the CCR Board.
Important Notes:
10 continuing education credits (10 contact hours are required each year).
The "reporting year" runs from July 1 to June 30.
The deadline to report points for your Missouri CCR is July 31.
It is highly recommended that you maintain a record of your CE points earned.
Mark your calendar for June 30 of each year as the date to send an annual transcript for your national organization.
To avoid time-consuming duplication, do not report points that have already been reported (i.e., transcript from your national organization).
